Supo and art

Naked Decor, established in 2010, is the creation of Supon Phornirunlit, an award-winning art director, designer, and animal lover. With more than 1,000 design awards, he has represented high-profile international clientele such as Coca-Cola, FILA, US Postal Service, and Discover Channel, just to name a few. The successful Thai graphic designer has focused his talent on home interior and accessory designs. Even though he focused on his very popular and successful pillow collection at the beginning, he has expanded from home decorations to personal accessories.

The majority of his design themes capture his love of animals. Through his playful and versatile product lines, he hopes to create an awareness and bring attention to the importance of animal rescue and encourage others to provide loving homes. The product label reflects his philosophy: “Rescuing animal won’t change the world, but it will change the world for that one animal.”

Other themes that influence his design and art work include Washington D.C. and pop art.

Supon believes with great design comes great responsibility. Environmental issues and concerns play an important role in the decision making of the design and manufacturing process at Naked Decor. Whenever possible, Naked Decor strives to provide sustainable products. Whether handmade or constructed with recycled materials and non-toxic inks, he pursues every opportunity to create and design products with a joyful purpose, which are always at the forefront of the design process.

His extraordinary design skills and creativity have resulted in high-profile magazine spreads and television features.  Supon is currently creating distinctive and fun accessories with contemporary flair for customers around the world–one home at a time.
